  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels still attached 

How to Return an Item

  1. Prepare the Item: Make sure the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  2. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at mamavibeslife@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA) and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

    Please note: If the return is a result of a shipping mistake or faulty item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If your return is not approved (e.g., the item is damaged or used), we will contact you for further action.

Exchanges

  • We can exchange items of equal value if you prefer to receive a different size or color.
  • For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
